Estimadas y estimados compas,

Creo que esta iniciativa en IGF es relevante para finalmente empezar un
proceso de resultados efectivos, conforme recomendaciones de la CSTD y
del encuentro NETmundial. Reproduzco abajo informaciones de Anriette
Esterhuysen, de APC y participante del MAG sobre la iniciativa de Foros
de Mejores Pr?cticas, que me parece tendremos que considerar en nuestro
di?logo en El Salvador.

No tengo idea del proceso que ha llevado a la definici?n de los cinco
?reas de discusi?n -- probablemente ha sido en el MAG mismo.

Dear all

The IGF is introducing a new 'format' this year. Best Practice Forums.

The goal of these forums are to develop recommendations on policies or
other actions on topics that have already been dealt with extensively at
the IGF. In other words, topics where the same discussion tends to
happen year after year and where, to take the issue forward, the IGF
facilitate outcomes, or make recommendations to other forums on how they
can take the issue forward.

The general call is here:

Five areas - copied below - were selected by the MAG. An open call for
participation has been issued. You can all participate in any of these
if you want to be contribute to a more outcome-oriented IGF.

Hola Carlos y Tod@s:

Sin dudas que ?ste es un tema interesante que intenta responder a las
mejoras al IGF.

El proceso de selecci?n de los temas de estos Foros de Buenas Pr?cticas
(BPF) fue mediante una votaci?n en la lista del IGF por parte de
miembros del MAG que deb?an votar cu?les de los temas consideraban m?s
relevantes y quedaron estos cinco.

Los interesados en participar de estos BPF pueden inscribirse
directamente a las distintas listas de suscripci?n que se?ala Anriette,
el proceso est? reci?n en marcha y la discusi?n es muy interesante en
varios de ellos.
Sobre llevar esta discusi?n al foro LACIGF de El Salvador, sin dudas que
all? habr? espacio para ello, sobre todo porque habr? varias sesiones de
trabajo y de puesta a punto para una agenda regional en la tarde del D?a
2 y ma?ana del D?a 3 donde se pueden elevar los temas e intereses de la
regi?n de cara a una agenda regional para el 2015.
